Ordering
There are two ways you can purchase my work. You can print out my order form and mail your payment to me or you can click the link below to go to my Etsy Shop where you will be able to order using your credit card via PayPal. Not all of my pieces will appear on both sites. If you are interested in getting a piece in a different color or some other customization please contact me. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
Shipping
All items are shipped USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. I will send you an email to acknowledge your purchase and to let you know when I will ship your item(s), usually 2-4 business days after payment is received/ cleared. Insurance and Priority Mail are extra shipping services that I offer for additional charge.
I do not currently ship internationally.
My packaging is perfect for gift-giving and I’m happy to include a personal message from you if it’s a special occasion.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to me so if you wish to return your purchase, please contact me within 5 business days of receipt and we can work out an exchange or refund. Returns will only be accepted when given a return authorization number. Jewelry must be in original condition. Please ship it back to me in the same way it was sent to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Due to the handmade nature of my work, some small variations from the item in the photo may occur. Also, computer monitors vary so colors look slightly different on different screens.
Niobium is a very hypoallergenic metal which means that it is less likely to cause an allergic reaction than other metals. I have several customers who can’t even wear gold ear wires but can wear my niobium ones, but this is not a 100% guarantee.
I offer complimentary repairs should any accidents happen with your piece within a year (or so) of your purchase. You pay your end of the shipping and I will pay mine. Please contact me first so I know that your jewelry is coming. If the damaged item is an earring, please send back the pair rather than the individual earring.
Product care
To remove tarnish that naturally forms on silver you can use any product that specifically says it is safe for anodized aluminum. Abrasive polishing products will dull its hand-dyed finish. If using a polish, clean it off completely and dry thoroughly. Store in an airtight container to slow future tarnishing. The anodized aluminum itself is waterproof and lightfast and will not tarnish.
Wholesale
